By registering for an account on the College for Research and Technology (CRT) E-Learning Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. User Conduct
You agree to use the platform only for lawful educational purposes. You are strictly prohibited from sharing your account credentials, cheating, plagiarizing, or uploading malicious content.
3. Intellectual Property
All course materials, including videos, documents, quizzes, and software provided on this platform, are the exclusive property of CRT and its instructors. You may not distribute, copy, or reproduce them without explicit written consent.
4. PERSONAL DATA CONSENT (Data Privacy Act of 2012)
I fully understand that the College for Research and Technology (CRT), including its authorized representatives, is obligated under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 to protect all personal and sensitive information collected, processed, and retained during my enrollment and throughout my stay in the institution.
I acknowledge that my personal information shall not be disclosed without my consent, except when authorized by law or required for legitimate educational purposes. I understand that the information collected by CRT will be used solely in support of its legitimate interests and functions as an educational institution.
Furthermore, I recognize that CRT may share necessary information with its affiliated or partner organizations as part of contractual obligations, or with government agencies in compliance with legal requirements and lawful processes.
In this regard, I hereby voluntarily give my consent to CRT to collect, process, store, use, and share my personal data for purposes consistent with its legitimate interests and responsibilities as an educational institution.
5. Account Termination
CRT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms, engage in academic dishonesty, or disrupt the learning environment for other students.
